RELEASE for Men

RELEASE for Men is a 3 part workshop series facilitated by euni. This closed group container is designed to allow each man to self-determine his needs, desires, and truths while being guided into deeper self connection, exploration, release, and liberation. RELEASE for men will support you in finding and embody self-determined healthy balance in the exploration of masculine and feminine energies while redefining one’s own masculinity and connection to work, personal, intimate relationships. 

RELEASE for Men is for those who are ready to:

  • Surrender to their shame, fear, and internalized stories of what it is to be a man

  • Explore releasing control and expanding into your own feminine energy

  • Create space for authentic connection, communication, intimacy, pleasure + play

  • Open up to creativity, expression, curiosity, and intimacy in non-traditional ways

  • Get out of their heads and into their bodies and define their own healthy connections with emotions, feeling, and relating with others

  • Find balance between healing work, integration, rest, and being present with life

  • Release toxic cultural standards and build more aligned interpersonal relationships that allow intimacy, romance, sexual fulfillment, companionship, and friendship without sacrificing your desires or needs

During this workshop series, one can expect to explore:

  • Power exchange, release of control, and learning trust through surrender

  • How to identify one’s true intuition and authentic voice beyond societal standards

  • Affirmation of deepest desires

  • Clearing of blockages in the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras and bringing balance, confidence, clarity, passion, and deeper connection to relationships, sexuality, identity, creativity, work, pleasure, and play

  • Opening of the heart and throat chakras that allows motion towards authentic love, communication, connection, and enlightenment

  • Create space to allow themselves to activate the releasing of feelings of toxic shame arising from past experience

  • Expanding masculine energy with balance and autonomy

  • Embodying and embracing one’s own feminine energy 

  • Releasing blocks and activating healing of common challenges of the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras

  • Healing relationship wounds with parents, family, friends, and partners

  • Re-envisioning connectivity to femininity energy, expectations, and pressures to perform

  • Healthy exchange of power dynamics, pleasure, and play

  • Consensual connection and touch

  • Rediscovering personal passion, purpose, and power 

You’re ready for this container if you:

  • Have been working with one/multiple of the following: professional mental health therapist, sexologist, sex therapist, personal/life/business coach, and/or who have participated in male-lead mens groups and circles.

  • Are seeking to integrate, embody, and expand the transformation you’ve been navigating through other channels of support

  • Are open to and ready to use unconventional guidance into deeper self, sexual, and intimate connection

  • Are committed to investing in your own expansion, personal development and healing to expand into the life, relationships, and desires that you have always envisioned living.

Workshop Series Outline + Flow:

  • Begins mid-January (will be held on Saturday or Sundays, exact dates and schedule will be released mid-December and will consider applicants availability).

  • Workshops will be held bi-weekly for 3 weeks. Each workshops will run 3 hours and will include working practices, space for dialog, tools/resources, and guided integration, connection, and release rituals.

  • Each man will have the opportunity to schedule 1:1 sessions for aftercare + integration guidance, support, and care with euni weekly with a discounted booking rate. These details will be included in their agreement.

  • Men will have access to a group chat that includes euni for support, reflection, and sharing throughout the group container and up to 3 months following

  • Men will have the option to create + lead affinity spaces with other men to stay connected and find support without the presence of feminine leadership and euni


Details and how to join:

Commitment: This is a 3 part workshop series. Each man is asked to commit to all 3 workshops in order to co-create and contribute to the power of community connection and healing that will be opened within this container and as a commitment to their own journey. By signing up to join this workshop series, you are committing to prioritizing joining all 5 workshops and adjusting your schedule, time, and attention to being present during the live group containers as well as doing the suggested reflection rituals in between.

Financial Exchange: This workshop series is available at a self selected sliding scale tier for $333 - $888 per person. Each man will have the option to select the price that aligns with his current financial means and can utilize a payment plan if needed. Please review the pricing page to gain a better understanding of the why behind this pricing tier. Each man will receive an agreement for the container and an invoice that they will need to pay in full before the first workshop. If financial barriers are a limiting factor and the only determinate for why you cannot commit to joining, you can discuss other options with euni during your connection call.

Application process: This workshop series is available for up to 12 men.
