PREP //

We recommend you taking some time to set up your space. Your internal landscape: body-mind-heart-soul. And your external space: your home or the area in which you will explore your daily practices. This is important to help you create intentionality and presence to be with this 21 Days of Intimacy Lab.


Every person is going to discover what comforts, necessities, and luxuries feel most aligned for them each session. Below is a general list for some recommendations that we have to get help you prep for the lab and for each daily practice:

COMFORTS / NECESSITIES -

  • Water/ hydrating beverage

  • Blanket, pillow, yoga mat/floor mats, bolster, chair (whatever you need to set up in a comfortable and cozy space for sitting, lying, and movement)

  • Journal / Notebook / Notes app / Google Doc / Audio Notes app

  • Headphones

  • Eye mask

  • Tissue

  • Layers for various levels of comfort in the way you are dressed

  • Mirror

LUXURIES -

  • Candles

  • Playlists (we will share some each season that you can tune into as well)

  • Light mood foods (I like dark chocolate, berries, nuts, and fresh fruit)

  • Cozy beverages (tea, cocoa, non-alcoholic elixir)

    *We suggest that you prioritize exploring the practices with a sober mind as frequently as possible so that you can get a truer and more direct feedback to create your formulas and design your blueprints.

PREWORK + AFTERCARE -

  • Check the daily sections to find practices to dive into each day. Each day we will explore different topics and elements of intimacy to help you form your design.

  • You can also submit questions each week in our open chat in the Sensory Playspace Substack under the ASK ME ANYTHING prompts. We’ll consider adding in some of these as they align to the bonus library.

INBODY LAB - Live Group Mentorship // Live group mentoring sessions for exploring frameworks, somatic practices, connection, and growth alongside others in the community. Drop in for a single session here or subscribe to the Sensory Playspace Substack with a monthly or annual paid membership and access the weekly classes and Inbody Lab library of resources, recordings and frameworks.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES //

Integrate with others. Small Group Mentorship Containers allow you to integrate practices + technical skills for opening in the ways you embody + experience intimacy and connect with your body-mind-heart-soul. Small Group Containers are available for groups of 4-6 and can be joined as a pre-existing group or assigned to an open group. If your application is approved, we’ll reach out to you with a link to schedule a connection call with euni. Small Group Mentorships are available for 5 Group Classes per containers on a group rate.
